OVERVIEW
The Polkadot Global Series: Relayers Incubator 2023 is an exclusive, community-first early-stage incubator program designed to nurture talented builders developing dApps on Polkadot’s parachains. With a focus on building investable ideas, the program provides extensive support, guiding teams toward investment readiness and business scalability in Web3. Limited to only 14 teams, this exclusive initiative fosters skill development and community engagement within the Polkadot ecosystem.
Why Polkadot Global Series: Relayers Incubator 2023?
The program’s core focus is to empower teams to unlock their full potential, fostering skill development and community engagement within the Polkadot ecosystem. Participants will receive dedicated mentorship and community support from 7 specialized parachains teams. The program will culminate on Showcase Day, providing participants with an opportunity to present their solutions to potential investors.

DeFi
This track aims to help teams focusing on cross-chain interoperability across Polkadot to utilize OAK Network’s features to better their services and to also support partnering chains i.e. Astar, Mangata, or Moonbeam.
OAK Network: Discover how OAK Network’s automation features, which include remote execution and dynamic dispatching, can enable cross-chain functionality for the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystems.
Builders can make use of this track to grow the multitude of DeFi-related solutions, including DEXs, AMMs, and stablecoins, with the main goal to contribute to growing the adoption of DeFi within the Polkadot ecosystem.

Unique Network: Explore the dynamic landscape of NFT creation with Unique Network’s SDK and Pallets. Discover new strategies and the technical nuances that will enable you to create advanced, attribute-rich digital assets.
Zeitgeist: Step into the realm of prediction markets and leverage Zeitgeist’s SDK to help you develop exceptional Web3 applications.
A diverse track focused on nurturing quality dApps to be built on either Astar or Moonbeam, empowering teams to grow their dApps, and achieve product-market fit & successful adoption.

In-person Investor Engagement during TOKEN2049
Receive a T&A grant that will cover your expenses for a 3-day, IRL Investor Engagement Program we’ve planned for you in Singapore – which is happening the same week as TOKEN2049.
Access to Funding
Through Showcase Day, you will have a platform to present your solution and demonstrate its value proposition directly to investors within the Polkadot ecosystem and beyond. This exposure can significantly increase your chances of securing funding, partnerships, or other forms of support to further scale your solution.

PROGRAMME BREAKDOWN
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Be part of a dedicated, high-quality team
Only teams will be accepted into the program. Successful applications will be teams comprising committed individuals with relevant competencies and expertise to succeed in Web3.
Genuine interest in Polkadot
Participants should possess a foundational knowledge of Polkadot and demonstrate a strong interest in the Polkadot ecosystem, ideally by being part of the existing Polkadot community.
Functioning MVP
Teams applying should minimally have a functioning minimum viable product (MVP) that is ready for end-users.
Active participation
Teams do not have to commit full-time to their project but they are expected to be able to commit a minimum of 6 hours per week over the course of Polkadot Relayers 2023.

FAQ
The Polkadot Global Series: Relayers Incubator 2023 spans across 8 weeks and will be held from 5 September to 26 October.
The programme will take place mostly online, so anyone in the world can take part, so long as they fulfil the participation requirements listed above.
Registration opens on 24 July 2023 and will close on 21 August 2023.
No, please submit only one entry per team. The representative submitting the application on behalf of the team should ideally be the main point of contact of the team as well.
Yes, we will only be accepting teams for this incubator program.
The criteria for teams to successfully graduate from the program would be to attend at least 80% of all the sessions planned.
There will be no financial commitment on your part. All we ask is for you to participate actively throughout the 8 weeks of Polkadot Relayers Incubator 2023.
Yes, you may, but please note that teams will be enrolled into only one (1) track for the Relayers Incubator Program. This approach ensures that teams receive targeted assistance from the respective parachain team supporting your chosen track, which will maximize your potential for success during the Relayers Program.
Hence, we encourage you to carefully consider your project’s objectives, requirements, and alignment with the different tracks before making your selection(s). Rest assured that regardless of the track you are ultimately assigned to, the Polkadot Relayers Incubator program offers a conducive environment for collaboration, learning, and growth within the broader Polkadot ecosystem!
A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is a completely operational product that includes the right amount of necessary functionality to be put on the market. It should be ready for end users, with its key purpose being to get early user input and financial benefits.
